 Bin Management Inc. is a local real estate developer that leases industrial, retail and residential space. We were asked to bring the company's identity and collateral materials up to date. We transformed the old logo (which was very trendy at the time) into a modern version of itself. This process allowed the brand to maintain its original look while embodying a fresh and futuristic feel.
